1. Acceptance

By using Doctor Help, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Platform Role

Doctor Help is a technology platform enabling healthcare service workflows among users, providers, and labs. Doctor Help does not replace emergency services or direct medical judgment.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration and profile information.
• Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
• Protect account credentials and OTP access.

4. Provider and Lab Responsibilities

Doctors and labs are responsible for the accuracy and legality of details, credentials, and service information they submit.

5. Payments

Where payment features are enabled, transactions are processed via supported payment infrastructure. Applicable charges, refunds, and dispute handling follow the policy shown in-app and applicable law.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, policy violations, or unlawful use.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Doctor Help is provided on an "as is" basis and excludes indirect or consequential liability.

8. Updates

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
