1. Publication and Scope

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 and sets out the rules, regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name https://doctorhelp.in/, including the related mobile site and mobile application (the "Platform").

2. Platform Owner

The Platform is owned by DOCTOR HELP, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, with its registered office at Mithila Colony, Ward No 07, Bhagkohaliya, Forbesganj, Araria, Bihar, 854318 ("Platform Owner", "we", "us").

3. Agreement to Terms

Your use of the Platform and Services is governed by these Terms of Use and applicable policies incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform you enter into a binding contract with the Platform Owner and agree to comply with these Terms. These Terms may be modified from time to time; it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

4. User Obligations

• Provide true, accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
• Be responsible for all activity on your account and protecting login details.
• Pay charges associated with Services you request.
• Not use the Platform for unlawful or prohibited purposes.

5. No Warranties

Neither we nor third parties provide any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or suitability of content on the Platform. The Platform and Services are provided "as is" and at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (design, layout, text, graphics, software) is proprietary to the Platform Owner or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit such content except as permitted by law.

7. Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, affiliates and representatives from any claims, losses or liabilities arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
