Doctor Help is a digital healthcare platform. Most offerings are service- based rather than physical goods, so a traditional return process does not usually apply.

1. Service-Based Offerings

Appointment bookings, consultations, and workflow services are not returnable once they have started or been fulfilled.

2. When a Return Applies

If a physical item is ever offered through the platform, any return or exchange terms for that item will be shown at the time of purchase. Otherwise, the service is governed by our Refund Policy and Terms.
