Account Deletion Request

If you want to delete your Doctor Help account and associated data, submit a request using the process below.

Send your deletion request to support@doctorhelp.in from your registered contact details. Include your registered phone number, role (Patient, Doctor, or Lab), and a clear statement "I request account deletion."

1. Required Request Information

Registered phone number.
Role used in app (Patient, Doctor, or Lab).
A clear statement: "I request account deletion."

2. Processing Timeline

Verified deletion requests are processed within 7 working days. We may require additional verification to prevent unauthorized deletions.

3. What Is Deleted

Account profile data and role-specific records will be deleted where technically feasible. Some records (transaction logs, legal records) may be retained as required by law.

4. What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security auditing, billing disputes, or regulatory purposes.

5. Partial Data Deletion

You may request deletion of specific data categories without deleting the entire account by emailing support with the details.
