Account Deletion Request

If you want to delete your Doctor Help account and associated data, submit a request using the process below.

Send your deletion request to support@doctorhelp.in from your registered contact details.

1. Required Request Information

Registered phone number.
Role used in app (Patient, Doctor, or Lab).
A clear statement: "I request account deletion."

2. Processing Timeline

Verified deletion requests are processed within 7 working days. Additional verification may be requested to prevent unauthorized deletion.

3. What Is Deleted

Account profile details and associated role data.
Uploaded photos/files where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
Notification tokens and active session access.

4. What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security auditing, billing disputes, or regulatory purposes.

5. Partial Data Deletion

You may also request deletion of specific data categories without deleting your full account by emailing support with details of what should be removed.
