Refund Policy

- Users can cancel an appointment at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellation before service start: refund possible.
- On valid cancellation, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- Remaining amount will be deducted as service and processing charges.
- Cancellation after service start or no-show: no refund.
- Cancellation less than 3 hours before appointment is not allowed.
- Surgery and insurance cancellations follow the service provider's policy.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
- Refund delays may occur due to Cashfree processing timelines.
- Failed payments are automatically reversed.
- Refund is not mandatory if delay is caused by the service provider.
